By using the Site, you signify your agreement and assent to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions found at alliedboltinc.com/terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy and/or the Terms and Conditions, please do not register, subscribe, create an account, purchase products from the Site, or otherwise interact with Allied Bolt at the Site.

Any Personal Information we process will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States.  By using and providing information to us through the Site, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information by us to provide the Site and services.
The Site and Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, or for any individuals who are not of a legal age to form a binding contract, and as such, we do not and will not knowingly collect Personal Information about such people.

Registration with the Site:   Prior to using certain parts of the Site or placing an order with the Site, you must first register or create an account with the Site.  During registration, Allied Bolt will ask you to provide us with certain personal information, including your name, shipping and billing address(es), phone number, fax number, email address, and credit card or debit card number or checking account information.This information is used by Allied Bolt to place and fulfill your order, to communicate with you about your order, to facilitate the return of an item or to make an exchange and for internal marketing purposes.

Voluntary Disclosure of Information:  Certain areas of the Site may provide you with the option to disclose your email address for certain purposes, including but not limited to:  to subscribe to our newsletter; to receive information regarding special offers and promotions; or to receive information regarding new products, sizes or styles.

Data Security. 

Allied Bolt takes commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security of the information you send to us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.  Specifically, Allied Bolt uses firewalls, encryption technology and cryptographic protocols to provide security over the Internet, and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for all financial transactions conducted on the Site.  Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through the Site. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Third Party Sites. 

This Privacy Policy addresses only the use and disclosure of information by Allied Bolt.  The Site may contain links to websites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control.  Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different from our Privacy Policy.  Allied Bolt does not maintain any responsibility for information given to third parties. Should you be asked for information on a site, whether it be through a banner or another link on the site, we strongly recommend you read the privacy policy at that site before providing any information to the site or taking advantage of any offer or promotion.

 

Access to Your Information.
